You should now see a field just above the Post button that says ATTACH. I made the maximum size 200k. It works on my test user account on a different computer, let me know if you do NOT see that field.

WHOOHOOO ;D it works. You need a tower on that boat. I would recommend the factory tower if you can get it. You can sell it to your wife after about a month tripping over all the wakeboards. If you think that you won't wakeboard, I've got news for you. It is so easy and so fun and you don't have to go nearly as fast as skiing, so it doesn't hurt when you wipe out. Kids can do it the first time, not like teaching them slalom skiing. Plus, you have to look cool, and if you don't have a tower you aren't as cool as those that do. AND Epics are big, heavy boats that make crappy ski wakes and big giant rampy wakeboard wakes!

I posted Todds pics of his 99 Epic22 with tower, it looks like what yours would with a tower. They're on the Pictures page. I would have put yours up there but their part of a Windows metafile and it freaked my Linux machine out. Send them to me as Gifs or jpgs, or just post them.

Epicrider--

Yes, my brother and I did get it at MD boats.  I flew out in December from Philly, and took it for a test spin on Geist Resevoir with wool hat, gloves and a heavy ski-jacket on!!  It was absolutely freezing, and there was skim ice at the launch ramp.  One of the stranger boating things I've done.

Mark Q, and Doug (M&D) have been great to deal with so far.  Doug (the mechanic) really seems to know his stuff!  They are going to deliver it to Maine in the spring (aka 'early June' for Moosehead Lake, Maine, whrere the ice doesn't go out until mid-May!).

Can't wait!

Do you know anything about the boat?  Do you boat on Geist?

I stay away from Geist!!!!!In the summer,it's so busy & rough you can't fly a helicopter over it.Mark did ask me what I did when my boat was running rough.(fouled plugs.Got a hold of some bad gas.),because he had a 'Yota there running rough.I can't remember if it was yours or the SX that they sold.Good luck with the boat.

If you ever have any ?'s with maintenance, don't hesitate to call those guys...they'll set you straight.

Hey cyclone-

If I was going to get a tower, I should've bought the X22 up by me.  That boat was beautiful, like new, and had all the toys included!  I guess I may regret it later, but like you said, we could always buy the tower and add it on (I can only imagine what one of those must go for...).  I'll try to add some more of the pictures I sent you.

Epicrider-

as you can imagine, we had the whole lake to ourselves the day we were out there!  It ran fine--not rough at all, although they did say the quality of the gas can be an issue.  (see my other post)  Here's the dash of the '99-vintage(pre-millenium) Epics..

The boat looks great. You have the exact setup as mine, just different color ,obviously.Don't ever let the motor cover fall on your head...hehe.The salesman that sold it to us(long gone now)was cleaning up the boat 4 us to pick up.I pulled up & he was lying there in the boat, half in ,half out of it.When he came to,he said it smacked him on the back of the head. ;D

Epicrider-

Did you get your Toyota at MD Boats?  Were they the only dealer in the Indy area?  How about posting some pix of your ride...
