Factor V-Drive tower fit a E22 DD?
« on: September 24, 2009, 22:28:30 pm »
Hey guys, Ive done some looking and it looks like the factory V-Drive tower will fit the DDs.

Actually most of the towers I see look the same, there is one for the E21 that mounts differently but it looks like the same tower is use on the X22 and the SX22 in the pics Ive collected from this site and the internet.

So the question is: Will a V-drive tower fit my 99 E22 without any modifications?

Thanks to everyone on here for the pics!

I've owned both, I can tell you that the legs are farther apart from front to back on the Vdrive towers.

Thanks Pete!

But if the widths are the same then it shouldnt really matter correct? If the legs go back farther its not a big deal to me, I just have to make sure if I order this tower that it will fit my DD.
