Torque specs on exhaust

I had to remove the exhaust manifold to get at the port side pet cock.  Now I need to know if anyone can supply the torque specs to replace the manifold.

44 n.m or 32 ft.lbs

oh and technically those nuts are not to be reused. should replace them.
