i think the comp for the gauges controls that. should be two wires going to a lil red thingy. it just hangs under there but thats the beeper. it might have a bad connection. i think its a green wire and a purple wire with black tracer that goes to it. find it and unplug it and test it with a battery. no beep, get a new one. you can get things like that at radio shack.
