check engine light wires???????????????????????

still havent found where to connect the wires that come from the check engine light on the dash can anyone help? do they connect to some kind of sensor on the motor. the colors are black and brown. the plug that they come from is a 4 prong plug under the gauges which connects to the audible siren i checked the wiring diagram but i cant tell where they go they have to connect to something that tells the light and siren to go off dont you think?

Check the wiring diagrams in the Maintenance section. I scanned a bunch of stuff from Phil Dill in Dallas back in the day.
