Visit from Capt. Rick

We at Gulf States Toyota were honored to have a visit from Captain Rick at our Houston offices yesterday. As an Epic owner, I'm lucky to work with a former Epic Field Service Engineer, Dave Staba, and with Capt. Rick supplying parts, I know my Epic 22 will run like new for another 12 years. Thanks, Capt. Rick for all you do for us and thanks to everyone who supports this site for making it possible for us to continue boating in our Toyotas!

Did you ask him about the parts supply?  There was some talk of the warehouse / supply process being shut down at the end of last year or this year I think....  This would be fairly devastating to the current owner base.  Sure, many of the parts are marine standard, but there are many Toyota specific parts that keep all of us up, running, and looking good!  As I truly enjoy being an Epic owner,  it is my primary and only concern....parts.

I did ask about the parts supply and Rick said the decision was made not to shut it down. Rick, chime in when you get back on the board and fill in the details, but from what he told me it looks good for the future. We just need to make sure we buy as much as we can from Rick to make sure our business remains worth the effort he puts into it.
