Boat lift question

i am looking to get a boat lift for my 99 E21.  one lift i found is 3600# and is setup for a pontoon.  it is a shoremaster and is about 5 years old.  anyone know the cost of setting it up for the E21.  i assume ill need new bunks and hardware for that and possibly some side guides for windy days.  anyone gone down this road?

I have a Hydrohoist (sp). and it's fantastic. They are not cheap, new for 4500 pounds run around $5,500.

They are very convenient but have it professionally installed and serviced.
