Bought a 99 in November, only has 199 hours.  Starting to slowly get a little warmer here, so when the weather finally breaks I am going to do all the seasonal mainetance I've learned on this site and I will keep you all posted how it goes.

Welcome to the site and congratulations on the boat!  When you get a chance, load all your information onto the "Boat Registry". Your gonna love your boat.  I bought my boat the weekend before Labor Day and only was able to use it a day and 1/2 before it got cold in Indiana and I put it away.

Thanks I really appreciate it.  I got to test mine out before I bought it but that was it.  We have had a mild winter and I was hoping it would warm up but we got snow last week.  I am in nevada about an hour east of reno.

dumb question guys but where does the fake a lake go on the boat (i know on the bottom but not sure where) a picture would help if anyone has one.  I am getting ready to change all the fluids when the weather breaks.  Thanks in advance.

you are suppose to attach the fake and lake to the intake scoop located just below your engine. its brass roughly 3" by 4" oval grate.

but what Ive found is it just leaks all over the place and its hard to get it to seal enough to supply water to the engine.
i disconnect the hose on the inside of the boat and place your garden hose in the intake hose. it will probably overfill into your bilge depending on your water pressure at your home. i jack up the front of my boat and pull the rear drain plug and it will kind of help wash out your bilge at the same time.
