Replacement Latch for S22 rear storage compartment

I have a 2000 S22 V-Drive with the rear ski/wakeboard storage compartment. It has a Perko brand latch but the "guts" of the latch are missing. Does anyone know the part # of the original latch or a substitute replacement? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

-Looked on the parts schematic but I did not see the latch listed separately...  :-\
