Interior colors...

I am taking advantage of current discounts on the parts page and picking up some things before they are gone.  I was wondering if anyone could take a picture of their lightning Interior, specifically the trunk lid.  I may be mistaken but i think it was an exclusive interior for the SX.  My interior is sandstone, but they are out of some of the upholstery in my color.  There are lots of surf interiors so I know what it looks like.  If someone could post a pic, I would really appreciate it!

I would not buy the old interior material. I did and it doesn't last very long. Next time around I will be using new material from the upholstery shop.

I think you will be happier if you go to a shop and customize your interior..... I had mine done (see thread below) and couldnt be happier.... it completely matches the boat now

Daze, is Lightning the scheme posted by Junky? If so, that's the same as I have in the S22 and would be willing to take whatever pics/vids you need. Thought they called it Surf? So confused :-)

Surf is dark grey. Had it on my e22. Lighting is a light silvery grey. I prefer the lightning in my sx, but when mine goes it will probably go all white but still have the factory style stitching. I live in central California and even the lightning gets hot to touch in 100 degree summers.

Yup, that's surf. It use to burn the crap out of me on my old e22. I don't know how all the guys with new boats and super dark colors do it. Especially black. They look good but I would think there covered with towels a lot.

I am pretty sure that surf is the off white  (slightly cream color).  I have a surf colored bow filler cushion for my SX and it is only slightly darker than the chalk (white) color in the SX.

Denver, Did that pricing include all new foam?

I'm not sure what I want to do with my interior... The seat backs are perfect, but some of the cushions are starting to show some wear. I replaced the center aft skin last year and may replace a couple of other skins this summer.

It did not include complete replacement of foam, but they did replace foam where it was bad or missing....They showed me a pretty big pile of the bad stuff......  :-)
