Trying to see the process here... If I go to PayPal to pay, the money comes out of my Bank account. Then in 10 days I get a revised invoice with 35% off plus the true freight charge. Then I send a check?

Did I just pay twice? / Do we wait for a refund thru PayPal

If I'm understanding your post correctly, you're saying that those of us that have already placed and received orders will not be receiving the refunded discount portion that you assured us of?

I hope I am misinterpretting this.
