« on: July 12, 2004, 00:56:16 am »
For the life of me I can't find the zirt to grease the bearings on my Toyota dual trailer. Anybody have a pic or quick locater. Are the bearings the only place that need greased?
Much appreciated!!!

You just pop off the rubber insert on the hub cover, and the fitting is located right up in there. Probly just covered up with old grease.

I'd love to see pics and instructions on how to grease trailer bearings and what with.  I've never had to do it before, but our discussion last week has me worried about it now.

Read the trailer mtnce pdf on the info page, you pop the rubbercap off and squirt some marine grease in there every time you take it out. If you do that, your wheels will look like mine. Fulla grease. The fake bearing buddies on the stock hubs suck. I have not replaced mine yet. I have repacked my bearings once.

Maintenance procedures coming when the weather gets nasty. It's nice here 10 mos. a year:)
