My S22 came without one, not sure how many others didn't have one stock.
If you don't have one, you absolutely must install one. Not sure anyone's said that lately, thought I better.
Prior to install, the boat slid all around in corners, and forget about tracking when pulling a rider.
Think I bought mine from Atlanta Marine, and haven't checked to see if Capt Rick still carries them. I'll help talk you through it if needed. The TSB was not accurate for my boat. I'll pull up the old post if you're interested.
