EPIC ROUNDUP 2015 Gainesville ga July Aug 2015?

hey everyone, I'm back and to prove it I will host a 2015 Epic Roundup at my house. I have room inside for a few and behind the house by the Epic Marine compound dock there's great camping spots. There's a quiet free ramp a half a mile away at Lanier Point Park. Official campgrounds close by, I can  block out some spots there if needed. Boats can be tied up or anchored very safely at my house. I'm in the absolute best cove in Lake Lanier for watersports, constant glass. There are two coves in a V about a mile long each, you can have 4-6 boats making the circuit and have great water all day. They are north south coves so they are wind protected.

I live in area code 30504. Gainesville Ga, 60 miles northeast of the big dirty ATL

I'm hopin that some local guys will show (bullet&Lesman, Ramblinwreck and Breakawaydaze). Would love to do anything to help wounded warriors, etc.

Might try to get some sponsorship, Rogue beer sent my pal banners and cases of deadguy for a kneeboard meet:)

I would love to come.  However, I can't bring my S-22 because I sold it (about 780 hrs).  I miss it but I bought a Nautique SV-211 as it was easier for our amputee riders to get to the back platform. Thanks for the shout out to Wake for Warriors Chief!

Anyone that has even a remote chance to attend should do so. Having hosted one, I can tell you it is worth it. Once Pete decides on a date, put it on your calendar and JUST DO IT. The folks that own these boats are as great as the boats are rare. Pete has done a lot for the community so if he is willing to step up all of us should do the same.

A special shout out to Breakaway. I had gotten lazy over the winter and didn't check in often. He let me know via email. Wow, I have a lot of posts to read and one or two updates to post myself. Got the timing belt replaced. I can't report first hand but the mechanic says surgery was a success. Several places have non-ethanol fuel available now.

Glad to hear there is some interest!! Local campin will be low key behind my house on Corps land, I've got a couple or ten acres by the lake thats my easement. No unenclosed fires, gunplay or douchebaggery. My home bathrooms and showers and polite behavior will be available, family atmosphere. Beers and discrete belching are tolerated. Boats can tie up at my dock or anchor in a quiet cove. Boat ramp nearby (.5 mile) where truck and trailer can hang out)

if you want official camping spot with hookups thats fine, couple miles away. I'm less than a mile from anything you need storewise, very central location.

Bullett, would be glad to help out in some way with the wake for warriors, anytime I can, need to talk offline about that, want to help. If we can include anyone who's served in this event, more the better:) logistics etc. tbd.

Timing? I'm flexible. Late Jul/Aug/Sep is all good for me

On the Calendar for me!, so that's two...Now I need to make sure Wreck got his trailer up to speed, so that makes 3, Wonder how many Epics are residents on Lanier already?

I've seen three on the lake in 15 yrs:) besides my two. I'm sure that there are more than that around.

My trailer is roadworthy, I could run up there and pick him up or let him use it, I don't need it back anytime soon!

Other than tires, brakes and a tow vehicle, my trailer is good to go...hey, plenty of time to figure it out!
