Bolt size help

can anyone tell me what size and thread pitch etc. the bolts that hold the sae water pump on are ?

Figure 13  #22  9151160825   BOLT,FRANGE I think its just 3 of them

also looking for the size of the manifold plug bolts and the washers that I think are copper

local toyota dealer has the water pump bolts for 98cents each so I'm good there

2 manifold plug bolts are $45 on the buy parts section !!! and the copper washer part number doesn't produce anything
