Stern Floor Panel

I am trying to get to the stern floor panel. Is this where its located? Is there a trick to getting this open? I'm trying to adjust the nut for the drive shift seal

1. remove the motor box and carpeted base.
2. remove rear seat cushions and support
3. lift center hatch

The two panels in the center lift out. You should be able to put your fimgers between the two and make enough room to lift them out.

Also wondering if the panel is in backwards as I swear mine has a stainless pull handle.
