The first run through took me most of a weekend, but I removed all the bulkheads, took my time and drooled, took pictures, then had to clean up all the drool.
This time was the third time, and despite taking the extra time to take pictures and pose all the goodies, it was like four hours or so.
Best time was January-ish 2004, which was maybe like 2-ish hours. But I think I might have dropped a couple drips.
Just so you know, the engine is friggin dirty in these pics - I usually like to take the time and wipe it all down while it's open. Also, one time this last fall, we ended up getting a bilge full of rain water. I opened the hatch and the engine was just covered with condensation. I think this year, I noticed more rust spots than before, especially around the serpentine pulleys. What a shitter, man. It's a crime for me to be storing this thing outside.
