spark plugs.

 I was changing the spark plugs today and noticed when i pulled one of the plugs that it looked like it had water on the tip of the plug. It was the 2nd plug in from the front of the boat on the passenger side. What does this mean? its only been out the water this year for a total of 30 min.

It was probably just condensation. There shouldn't be any water on your plugs though. You might want to do a compression check on the engine and make sure you don't have an issue. Water could only come from a bad head gasket or cracked head, both of which would probably result in low compression on that cylinder. Or, it could be an exhaust manifold problem. It is pretty unlikely, probably just condensation. How does the boat run?

Thanks for the reply!  It was starting fine and then stalling before, thats why im changin the them. I will let ya know when i change them.

When I changed mine, some plugs were a little wet and smelled like gas.  Asked my 4runner mechanic -- said it's normal and nothing to worry about.

your water cooled exhaust manifold may also have a corrosion leak, if you have any more problems with water on the plugs you may need to check this out, otherwise its stuck exhaust valves to you.. not pretty have seen it twice..
