sx. SX. sx.
Wakeboarded behind both, but not skiid.
the v-drive will have a lot more room as well, if that is a concern.
They are both great boats.

please repeat after me: EVERY BOAT IS A COMPROMISE!!!! I have WB behind both and they both will throw a great wake,  just depends on how much weight ya got in it. I don't ski (won't allow them on my boat, it's a WAKEBOARDING BOAT). I have friends that do ski though and have seen the wake they work with and I think the SX will work for the average skier. As far as comfort and partyabilty (new word) goes the SX dominates.
Try them both out.

I've had em both and for me and mine, the SX is the choice. SX is less nimble, has more room and has a bigger standard wake. If you are a real slalom skier you may want the smaller X-22 wake. The issue is that you have to load the X-22 up with weight to get a good wakeboarding wake. If you've got a family, I'd suggest the SX. More comfortable, smooter ride. Somewhere on here I outlined in more detail the advantages of both. I just don't have time to find that post.

How big's your crew and are there kids amongst them?

The X22 will handle better and feel faster. It'll give you more control over the wake shape. People will be more spread apart but will each feel like they have more room.

SX SHOULD ride in chop a little better. Storage is cooler. Seating's cozier, like the driver could have a quiet conversation with anyone in the cockpit. Then again, only a couple people can stand up at once.

Mechanically, the X22 has to be simpler to service (not that the SX is bad, though).

If you can drive/ride behind both, please do, and please post your impressions!!!
