Interesting question about trailer brakes...
« on: February 04, 2006, 23:57:15 pm »
Does anyone know if there are brakes on both axles of the typical Toyota trailer? Local laws in Canada require brakes on both axles of dual axle trailers...

Here are a couple of pictures of my trailer. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Yes, you have brakes on both axles. They are disc brakes, you can see the disks through the holes in the wheels.

Yep, the tandem AmeriTrail trailers have full disc brakes on each axle.
