I checked this boat out.  It needs a new engine.

See the boat registry and other threads on this boat.

I just spoke to the dealer (he called me after I put in a request for him to contact me last week) and he called to tell me that the boat had a cracked block and the boat was just purchased and a sent to some dude in Ireland...

yea that dude is me and my two mates. I am mechanic and i rebuild racing cars engines. I am hoping to do some work on the engine and am hoping the block is the same as regular block out of an IS 400.
Anyone any idea or info on the engine. We think it will be the only one in Europe.
They say the cylinder block is cracked but not sure. Have a spare IS 400 engine not sure if it will be good for parts.any info would help.
Cheers from the Paddies

Now you've opened a can of worms. The other guys on the site can tell you everything and more about the engine and everything else. As for me, I know nothing except that the engine purrs and has eight cylinders. I don't have a spare one laying around. Maybe someday I'll wish I did. Good luck with it.

Cool, now we get to read how Leprechauns turn a lump of coal into a pot of gold and we'll all be richer! Sounds like you've got the know how to do it, good luck to ya! Capt Rick can probably tell you for sure about the block.
