Rear centre cushion for SX

Hi folks,

I'm one of the Irish guys who has just bought the much discussed 2002 SX.

The centre cushion for the back of the boat is missing (it's the one that you sit on, under the "Toyota" lettering).

We'd like to order one from this site but there are two available: can someone please advise if the upholstery colour is "Surf" or "Lightning"  - or maybe it's neither?!!

The interior color is pewter.  Not sure if TMS parts has this color for the cushion you are looking for.  You might get the cushion in a different color and buy a vinyl skin in pewter if it is available and re-upolster it to match your interior.

I purchased a bow filler cushion and had it re-upolstered to match my pewter 2002 SX.

Congratulations on the new boat, George. you'll soon be one of the regulars on here. Welcome to the site!

To b sure, the best way is to have the Hin number handy, click on "boat registry"
then "add/update a boat" this will provide original TMS data on your boat, including the interior color.

It's easy to register your boat with your specific info by clicking "my boat" from there.

I am curious not only to know how she runs but how much did you end up spending on it?  I can't even imagine how much it would cost to get it to Ireland- Not to mention the all the taxes.  You have really wanted a RARE boat.

I had a feeling that I would stir up some interest by letting you all know that we're bringing it to Ireland. We have a bit of work to do on the engine, no doubt we're in for late nights and screaming girlfriends! Will let you know how we get on and post some pics when we have her finished.
