Summer Over????!!!
« on: September 29, 2003, 05:11:26 am »
I guess we had the last real "summer" weekend here this weekend. We went camping on the lake, lots of islands that we can just claim for our own. We got rained on, and didn't wakeboard much, but we had fun!!!

It was 97 and crystal blue here Monday. Went to Lake Perris (which is usally completely zooed) and found fantastic water.

I keep waiting for 'winter' to hit - it does get cold here.

...Well, not that cold - the only reason you'd winterize is if you weren't up for making a once a month run during the cold months. Gotta keep the fluids flowing...

hopefully some of you are experiencing the temporary rebirth of summer.  we had 82 degree days here in lake norman, nc and were boarding and skiing without wet suits on sunday.  my prayers were answered.

Glad to hear someone was riding. It was 55 here yesterday.

It was low 80's today, wish I could have gone riding. Water is cold, mid 50's at night.
