Will be taking the engine out on Saturday but as we have been taking it apart it has become obvious that someone has been at it and has taken off a lot of the pipes. Would it be possible to get one of you guys to take a few minutes and photo the engine from front, top, port side and starboard side so we can see where exactly and how exactly it was originally.
Thanks Rob

The shop manual shows and explains. Also look in 3 places for water .
is water in oil, in cylinders( spark plugs). If you pressurize the cooling system is water show up in valley of intake.

If the engine was in a winter freeze the parts that would be bad are water heater pipe under intake.
Freeze plugs on head
or the ultimate damage would be the block cracks at the top of each cylinder. Remove heads and it is seen.

The reference figures under TMS parts section of this site might also help out. THere's lots of diagrams.

Take pictures of engine deconstruction if you think about it. I'm sure lots of folks  would love to see. I can take photos of the engine but not till this weekend.

Thanks that pic is great. I see you to have a shower connected up.
We have a hose which was fitted for testing on the right hand side as you lookat you pic near the top of the engine. The hose is looped and we are not sure what exactly should be connected there. I will take a few pics at the weekend and will post them.
The more pics the better lads so keep them coming.
Cheers Rob

Do you think the perfect pass is a better system as we have bought one to fit to the boat.
Is it better then the Accuski and if so do you disconnect the Accuski alltogether.
Thanks Rob
