check engine light wires

does anyone know where the black and brown wires connect to comming from the check engine light and audible siren mine were disconnected and i dont know where they go? i have a epic 22 2000 model

thanks for info but the dash i have is different than the picture you sent i have the 4 in one gauge and i tried to figure out the wiring diagram before i got on the forum but it does not show the black and brown wires.
